About The Team
Three Founders. One Problem. Decades of Context.
BridgeCommAI was founded by three people who have spent their careers at the intersection of enterprise systems, commerce, and execution. They share something less common than a pitch deck: a background in military service.
Mohamed Amer served as a Naval Flight Officer and Mission Commander before spending 16 years at SAP advising the world’s largest retailers and consumer brands. Rej Pathania served as a Combat Engineer in the US Marine Corps before building a 25-year career guiding retail and CPG companies through the most complex data and systems transformations in the industry. Different branches. Different disciplines. But the same foundational belief: that preparation, precision, and accountability under pressure are what separate outcomes from intentions.
Sitesh Kumar rounds out the founding team as CTO and Co-Founder: the builder and architect who takes what Mohamed sees strategically and what Rej hears from the market and turns it into systems that actually work in production. His decade-plus of enterprise implementation experience means BridgeCommAI doesn’t just understand how these systems should work; it understands why previous solutions failed from the inside.
Together, they started BridgeCommAI because they kept seeing the same thing from three different vantage points: great products stuck at the gate because the data wasn’t retailer-ready. The submission requirements were too complex, too varied, and too expensive to navigate without enterprise-grade help that small and mid-sized brands couldn’t afford.
That’s the gap BridgeCommAI was built to close — with AI-assisted workflows, deep retailer knowledge, and a team that has spent decades on both sides of the problem.
