FAQs

No, and that’s intentional. We work exclusively with brands that have already secured buyer interest and need to nail the data submission that follows the buyer’s yes. Think of us like TurboTax for retail data: TurboTax doesn’t get you a job, it helps you file correctly once you have income. We don’t get you in the door; we make sure you’re ready when the door opens.

Retailer acceptance is the buyer’s decision. It depends on your product, pricing, and market fit, not your data. What we do guarantee is that your data won’t be the reason you get rejected. Specifically, your files will be formatted to each retailer’s exact specifications, delivered within 30 days, and we target a data error rejection rate below 5%, compared to the industry average of 15–25%.

No. Retailers require brands to log in with their own credentials for security and compliance reasons. What we provide is everything you need to make that upload fast and straightforward: retailer-ready files formatted exactly as required, step-by-step upload instructions for each portal, and a 30-minute walkthrough call before your first submission. The actual upload takes 10–15 minutes per retailer. You do that part, and we’ll have you ready for it.

That’s exactly what we expect. Most brands arrive with scattered spreadsheets, phone photos, missing nutrition facts, and inconsistent naming; that’s normal, not a problem. We assess what’s there, use AI to fill gaps where possible, flag what we still need from you, and build everything into clean retailer-ready formats. You don’t need perfect data to start. You just need the basics.

It depends on the retailer. Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods accept image files uploaded directly to their portals, no hosting needed. Amazon requires image URLs. If you don’t have permanent hosting set up yet, we provide temporary hosting for 90 days while you get that sorted, or you can point us to existing public links from your website or Dropbox. Either way, you don’t need to be a web developer to make this work.
